Three-dimensional Program

Real Life Projects

Each semester — students work in teams on real projects, guided by faculty.

Buddy Program

Class 8 to 12 — structured peer support (teaching & non-teaching). Individual fresher, no team.

Students’ Self Development

4 hours monthly sessions for 1st year students. 8 hours session each semester for senior students. External support.

Real Life Projects

  • Team of 5 or more students assigned one project each six months
  • Each team presents a detailed step-by-step project plan
  • Teams can use free online content while preparing first draft
  • Draft presented to assigned teacher/non-teaching authorized person for guidance and approval
  • Monthly monitoring for progress and improvements
  • At end of six months, teams submit final report to teacher/non-teaching/authorized person
  • Completion certificate issued to all completed members
  • Best project recognized and presented as a case study to the institution’s leadership
  • Time commitment: 8–10 hours a month

Buddy Program

  • Each fresher assigned to one final year student (same stream preferred)
  • Final year students guide freshers in academics and in institutional/disciplinary requirements
  • Once a week: same subject final-year + freshers meet (group or separate)
  • Once a month: group meet to share academic doubts/confusion
  • Great time for networking for juniors
  • Dean/authorized person monitors and evaluates progress
  • Time commitment: 8–10 hours a month

For Teaching and Non Teaching

Workshops focus on

  • Emotional intelligence workshops for teaching and non-teaching staff

  • Format: 12 hours session across 3 to 4 days, once a year for each faculty
